This service entitles you and your management team to access the very best in commercially-focused HR advice and support from an HR Business Partner who knows you, your people and your business personally.
We will support you with:
- The recruitment and induction of staff
- Pension provision and auto-enrolment
- Issues relating to your staff terms and conditions of employment
- Managing absence, whatever the reason – sickness, parental leave, annual leave, compassionate and special leave, maternity, paternity and adoption leave
- Managing (including optimising) performance and capability
- Grievance investigations and handling
- Dealing with misconduct and discipline
- All types of equality issues (age, disability, race etc)
- Managing conflict in the workplace, including mediation of employee disputes
- Termination of employment
We provide this service on a 2-year renewable basis. Fees are set by reference to the size of your workforce and are payable in fixed monthly instalments, enabling you to have complete transparency of cost and budget accordingly.
Additional services and support are available by separate agreement. Pay as you go terms also available.
